The service to celebrate the life of Commander David Shutts OBE Royal Navy took place at South Lincolnshire Crematorium on Friday 29th June 2018.
It was attended by almost 200 people from the various walks of David’s personal & professional life; family, neighbours, Royal Navy, MoD, CBI, Salesforce, Wet Zebra publications, Boston College, ASTRiiD and many more.

The final voyage:
On 17 September 2018 David’s ashes were ‘Piped Aboard’ HMS DEFENDER in Portsmouth Naval Base. The ship sailed with her White Ensign at half mast and his remains were ‘Committed to the Deep’; he would have loved it!
